As a young mom of three, what goes on my family's skin, is a concern of mine. I found that even soap that claims to be "natural", isn't all that natural. I decided if I wanted a soap, that had all natural ingredients, I would have to make it myself! I wanted to create a soap that is free of Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulphate, soy, canola, parabens, synthetic dyes, and fragrances. That way I feel good about allowing my whole family use it.
My soap is handmade, in small batches, with all natural ingredients. These are cold processed bars. This means, lye is dissolved into a liquid, and then added to a blend of oils/fats to start a saponification process. Cold processed soap requires a minimum of four weeks to cure. During that time, the water evaporates, and you are left with a wonderful, hard bar of soap. Each bar is unique in appearance, but they all clean amazingly well. I hope you will allow loam & lather into your shower, for a wonderful, all natural cleaning experience.
